Jim Lahaise is an automotive program instructor at Universal Technical Institute's (UTI) Norwood, Massachusetts, location. From restoring cars as a teenager to becoming an instructor and training future technicians, Jim has cemented a true appreciation for automotive mechanics.Jim remembers getting a '69 Firebird when he was 17. He restored it and worked on it more than driving it. When he started working in dealerships, he always enjoyed teaching and training younger auto technicians.
