Shared Housing

Collegiate Housing Services (CHS) provides a shared housing program specifically designed for students looking to enhance their college experience through roommate connections and shared living. Our program offers fully furnished apartments with inclusive monthly payments covering rent, basic utilities, and roommate matching. With individual leases, students enjoy financial protection and the flexibility to transfer apartments, all within a 10-mile radius of campus, ensuring convenient access to amenities and a supportive community.

Monthly housing payments include:
  • Apartment rent
  • Furniture
  • Basic utilities
  • Roommate matching

Typically, these arrangements accommodate four students in a two-bedroom apartment. Certain arrangements offer private rooms or options for those 21 and older. If you’re relocating to a new area by yourself, don’t mind sharing space, and are looking for an individual lease, this is a great option.

Referral Housing

Experience the freedom and independence you desire by exploring the exciting option of referral housing.

CHS offers a curated list of pre-screened apartments conveniently located near campus, allowing you to choose your own living arrangement. Whether you prefer to live on your own or with a group of friends, you'll have the flexibility to manage rent and utilities among yourselves.

While this option may require good credit or a cosigner and is generally more expensive, it opens up a world of possibilities for those seeking private apartments, relocating with family, pets, or children. Embrace the challenge of handling your own finances and create the living space that truly reflects your unique lifestyle.
