Shared Housing

Collegiate Housing Services (CHS) offers a shared housing program! This program is best suited for students seeking roommates and a shared-living college experience. Apartment rent, furniture, basic utilities and roommate matching are all included in your monthly housing payment (price groups vary). All students are on individual leases, which offers financial protection and allows apartment transfer flexibility.

Independent Housing

Collegiate Housing Services (CHS) can assist with independent housing options. This type of housing is best suited for families, students bringing a friend, students with pets or students who simply like their privacy. You provide your housing preferences, amenities, and budget parameters and housing consultants will provide you with a list of properties that fit your specifications. Our Student Services Department can also provide students with local apartment lists or list of rooms for rent, if interested.

About Exton

UTI Exton is located about 35 miles West of Philadelphia in the beautiful suburbs of Chester County. Chester County’s rich history has made it a popular hot spot for communities and industries. With many local towns and cities surrounding the campus, you can spend your time enjoying local state parks, nearby racetracks, downtown shopping and more.

Public Transportation

There is no real public transportation option with a direct route to the UTI Exton campus. However, the Exton area is well served by a network of highways and has train stations served by SEPTA Regional Rail and Kraft bus transit. UTI Exton does offer free shuttle services from the King of Prussia area, as well as Center City Philadelphia. The school also maintains a carpool list, which contains the names of other students who are willing to carpool.
