Motorcycle technician and Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI) graduate Andrew Martin talks about his MMI journey and gives advice to the new generation of motorcycle techs. Andrew now works for Buddy Stubbs Harley-Davidson in Arizona, after working at a speed shop and a Harley dealership in Colorado.Andrew talks about the value of an MMI education, including how his employer sent him back to MMI to complete Harley-Davidson specialized training. Andrew offers advice to students about how to stay motivated at school and shares that the biggest things he learned were because of the mistakes he made.The curriculum at Motorcycle Mechanics Institute is geared toward all students interested in joining today's motorcycle workforce.
