Having originally served in the Army as an infantry officer, Bob Benjamin now serves as Pacific Elite's chief of operations. Bob identifies Pacific Elite's largest constraint to be a lack of qualified service technicians who enjoy taking care of their customers.Having a relationship with Universal Technical Institute (UTI), Pacific Elite looks for energetic, hard-working technicians in whom they can invest time and resources to become I-CAR certified technicians while continuing to build their careers. Bob attends UTI career fairs and works with UTI career services to source talent.Through a specialized team dedicated to identifying technician career opportunities, Universal Technical Institute is able to help UTI graduates search for careers with national dealerships, distributors and other local employers.
